Course Description |
|
This course is designed for EMS and law enforcement agencies for creating realistic looking injuries when having drills or testing scenarios. The presence of dramatic wounds gives a sense of realism to the overall training and creates more of an adrenalin rush for those in the testing scenarios. Knowledge retention is significantly improved as well. Mike Jordan has been moulaging “victims” for over 15 years and has learned from some of the best makeup artists and theater workers available during his work in law enforcement and emergency medical services. He has performed these astounding makeup tricks for high school students during MADD campaigns, leading some students to completely pass out with the overall reality of the gruesome scenes put before them. His skills have been used by several volunteer agencies throughout North Carolina. He will teach the simple to complex techniques of how to make abrasions, lacerations, gunshot wounds, stab wounds, broken bones, and much more with inexpensive supplies you can purchase at any grocery or drug store. |
